Boatright for an <br />amendment to the General Plan which would include a <br />74-acre parcel of land located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road between Bernal Avenue and Longview Drive <br />as being within the "Urbanization Line" on the Land <br />Use Map of the General Plan. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />GP-79-7 - Application of Castlewood Properties, Inc., <br />i~ an amendment to the Land Use Element of the General <br />Plan which would change the land use designation of a <br />6 acre parcel of land at the southwest corner of Pico <br />Avenue and Vineyard Avenue from "Parks and Recreation" <br />to "Medium Density Residential" and change the General <br />Plan designation of the adjacent 10 acre parcel of land <br />(located inm~ediately easterly of the Mavis Drive, Ewing <br />Drive, Rowell Lane residential area) from "Parks and <br />Residential" to "Medium Density Residential." <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />GP-79-6 - Application of Alfred Fromm for an amendment <br />o"fthe Land Use Element of the General Plan which would <br />change the designation of a roughly 98 acre parcel of <br />land located at the northeast corner of 1-680 and Bernal <br />Avenue from "Agricultural and Grazing" to "Commercial <br />and Offices/Industrial". The City Council also consid- <br />ered and approved changing the land use designation of <br />all that land located between 1-680 and Valley Avenue <br />extension (roughly 115 acres including lands of Alameda <br />County and San Francisco Water Department) as indicated <br />above subject to conditions as established by P.C. <br />Resolution No. 1766 with condition number 1 amended as <br />requested by the staff (Amended Planning Commission <br />Resolution No. 1766 attached hereto as Exhibit A). <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />GP-79-11 - Application of Caroline-Knudson, Inc., for <br />an amendment to the Land Use Element of the General Plan <br />to change the land use designation of a 5 acre site <br />located between the S.P.R.R. and 1-680 immediately <br />north of Happy Valley Road from "General and Limited <br />Industrial" to "Commercial and Offices". <br /> <br />g) <br /> <br />GP-79-16 - Application of J. Jack Bras for an amendment <br />to the General Plan which would change the land use <br />designation of a 2 acre parcel of land located on the <br />northeast corner of Sunol Boulevard and Happy Valley <br />Road from "Industrial" to "Commercial and Offices". <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council determines that this is one of three <br /> times in 1979 that the land use element of the General Plan <br /> is amended as authorized by Government Code §65631. <br /> <br />Section 3.
