City, it is important that development along Bernal <br />Avenue be attractive and well planned. A business and <br />services park development could meet the high standards <br />that the City may set and as such be an appropriate <br />type of development for this entrance to the City. <br /> <br />Section 4. A certified copy of this resolution shall be transmitted <br /> to the Alameda County Local Agency Formation Commission. <br /> <br />Section 5.
