WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the <br />proposed environmental assessment, which had previously <br />been published in the Pleasanton Times, a newspaper of <br />general circulation, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Approves a mitigated negative declaration for the application <br />of Centex Homes PUD-79-11 to rezone a 32 acre site located between <br />Pleasanton School Upper Playfield and Mirador Drive immediately <br />southerly of the residences bordering Angela Street, from the <br /> A (Agricultrual) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> DistriCt subject to conditions as set forth in Exhibit A attached <br /> hereto and incorporatedherein. <br /> <br />Section 2.
