14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That notification be given to all.commercial users <br />between the subject property and Hopyard Road prior <br />to the commencement of street widening. <br /> <br />That the street widening be done as rapidly as <br />possible and good access maintained to all <br />adjacent properties during widening. <br /> <br />That if any fill is required for the site, it shall <br />be transported to the property via the freeways <br />rather than City streets. <br /> <br />That the motel be constructed to meet State noise <br />standards. <br /> <br />That if found to be necessary a wall to screen the <br />pool area from freeway noise be constructed along <br />the northern perimeter of the pool area, the design, <br />location and timing of construction of the wall <br />shall be determined by the City staff. <br /> <br />That the cylindr~cally shaped portions of the <br />motel be striated in order to create shadow effects. <br /> <br />That the street number of the buildings be posted so <br />as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br />and night. <br /> <br />That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. <br /> <br />That all mechanical equipment be construcKed in such a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br />ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br /> <br />That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that <br />glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br />rights-of-way. <br /> <br />That all trash and refuse be contained completely within <br />enclosures architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. <br /> <br />That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of <br />15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of <br />5 gallons. <br /> <br />That if signing for the development is desired, a com- <br />prehensive signing program be submitted to the City <br />for consideration under separate application. <br /> <br />That 6" vertical ~oncrete curbs be installed between <br />all paved and landscaped areas. <br /> <br /> <br />
