Section 2. The rates that may be charged under the Certificate <br /> of Public Convenience and Necessity shall be as more <br /> particularly set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3. This Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity <br /> shall remain in full force and effect as long as the terms <br /> and conditions of the City of Pleasanton Taxi Cab Ordinance <br /> are adhered to. <br /> <br />Section 4.
