NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. The City Council determines that the proposed rezoning <br /> of an approximately 95 acre parcel located east of the dev- <br /> eloped portion of the Fairlands area (bounded generally by <br /> 1-580 on the north, the City Limits on the East, the Arroyo <br /> Mocho on the south and existing development on the west) from <br /> the R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential-6,500 sq. ft. minimum <br /> lot size) District to the R-l-10,000 (Single-Family Residential- <br /> 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) District or any other zoning <br /> district consistent with the General Plan, would not have any <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment and therefore no <br /> Environmental Impact Report shall be prepared. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Deter- <br /> mination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution <br /> No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3.
