NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. The bid of Ambo Concrete Company in the amount of <br /> $5,450 for the construction of the Handicap Ramp for <br /> the Veteran's Memorial Building, Project No. 79-13 <br /> is hereby accepted, and Robles Concrete Company is permit- <br /> ted to withdraw its bid. <br /> 2. The City is authorized to enter into a contract <br /> with Ambo Concrete Company for the improvements spe- <br /> cified above. <br /> <br />Section 3.
