NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The time, date, and'place of the public hearing for the proposed <br /> Annexation No. 78 to the City of Pleasanton shall be: <br /> <br />At the City Council regular meeting at 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, <br />April 22, 1980, Fairgrounds Cafeteria, Alameda County <br />Fairgrounds, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />Section 2. All owners of land in the territory may file a written protest <br /> at any time prior to the conclusion of the hearing. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4.
