Section 3. The City Council has additional concerns about the <br /> proposed project and the draft EIR describing the impacts <br /> of the proposal. Those concerns will be delineated in <br /> writing to the District, but include at least the <br /> following areas: parking on Vineyard Avenue, trespassing <br /> on Vineyard Avenue properties, additional sewer capacity <br /> for the park, effects on other park uses at Shadow Cliffs <br /> by the large number of slide users~, bus lanes for Stanley <br /> Boulevard, and costs to the City generated by the proposed <br /> use. <br /> <br />Section 4.
