NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1o The City Council determines that the proposed Project <br /> would not have any significant adverse effects on the <br /> environment and therefore no Environmental Impact Report <br /> shall be prepared. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) <br /> of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3.
