EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />For the period commencing July 1, 1980, and ending June 30, 1981, <br />the salary and supplementary benefits for the City Attorney shall <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />Salary: The salary for fiscal year 1980-81 shall be $38,500 <br /> effective July 1, 1980. <br /> <br />tI. Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br />Medical. Fully paid premiums for either the City Blue <br />Cross Plan or the Kaiser "S" Plan with optical and <br />prescription drug options. <br /> <br />B. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br />Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance <br />with a value equal to twice the annual salary of the <br />employee. <br /> <br />D. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long <br /> term disability insurance. <br /> <br />E. Vacation. Fifteen (15) vacation days annually. <br /> <br />F. Payroll deduction available to participate in City <br /> and County Credit Union. <br /> <br />Holidays. Holidays shall be as set forth in Section 1109 <br />of the Personnel Rules except that the State-wide <br />election day is deleted and a floating holiday substituted, <br />and Veterans Day shall be observed on the eleventh (llth) <br />day of the eleventh (llth) month. <br /> <br />Vehicle Usage. Unrestricted use of a vehicle furnished <br />by the City, provided the City Attorney licenses said <br />vehicle and pays for any gasoline related to the personal <br />use thereof. <br /> <br />I. Retirement System. State Public Employees Retirement <br /> System (PERS). <br /> <br /> <br />
