CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-197 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE COMPENSATION PACKAGE FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 1980-81 FOR THE POSITION OF CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Attorney for the City of Pleasanton had an <br />approved compensation package for fiscal year 1979-80 <br />concluding on June 30, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Attorney submitted a request fo~ modification <br /> of that package to the City Council in June, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council considered in an executive session <br />on July 22, 1980 the requested modification of the <br />compensation package from the City Attorney; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />following the executive session, the City Council <br />returned to public session and adopted this resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br /> The City Attorney shall receive as full compensation <br />that compensation package attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference as Exhibit "A"o <br /> <br />Section 2o This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JULY 22, 1980, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES None ~~. <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
