9. BINDERS~ All covenants, promises and agreements contained <br />herein shall pertain to and do hereby expressly run with all the <br />land described in Exhibit A of this agreement. <br /> <br /> 10. BINDER OF SUCCESSORS. This agreement shall apply to, bind <br />and inure to the benefit of successors in interest of the parties <br />hereto, including but not limited to heirs, assigns, executors, <br />administrators and all other parties whether they succeed by oper- <br />ation of law or voluntary acts of Owner. <br /> <br /> 11. RECORDING.
