a. Employ any person who is related by blood <br />or marriage to another employee, a manager, or a member of the <br />governing board of the Housing Authority; or <br /> <br /> b. Contract for the acquisitionof goods or services <br />for more consideration than would be paid for equivalent goods or <br />services on the open market from any person who is related by <br />blood or marriage to a manager or a member of the governing board <br />of the Housing Authority; or <br /> <br /> c. Contract for the acquisition of goods or services <br />for more consideration than would be paid for equivalent goods or <br />services on the open market from any organization in which any person <br />who is'related by blood or marriage to a mahager or member of the <br />governing board of the Housing Authority has a substantial <br />personal financial interest. ~' <br /> <br /> Such disclosure shall be by a writing addressed to <br />the Housing Authority liaison with City; should said liaison object <br />to such employment or contracting in a writing to the Housing <br />Authority within three (3) weeks of receipt of the disclosure~ then <br />Housing Authority either shall not permit such employment or con- <br />tracting as so disclosed, or shall file a letter with the Alameda <br />County HCD program protesting the liaison's decision. In that <br />event said employment or contracting may continue until the Alameda <br />County HCD program has decided the matter. The Housing Authority <br />shall cor~ply with such Board decision.
