1. Developer agrees to construct and install along the <br />frontage of Developer's property along Del Valle Parkway from <br />California Avenue to the west boundary of Lot 1, herein street <br />improvements provided for in condition number 3 of Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 1837 passed and adopted by the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 12th day of December, <br />1979. The Developer agrees to construct and install the following <br />improvements in the said agreement, concrete curb and gutter, <br />concrete sidewalk, paving, water line, fire hydrant, street trees, <br />street lights, underground electrical and communication lines, <br />and storm drainage lines within the time provided for in the <br />hereinabove referred to resolution or within a reasonable time <br />following written demand by City~ <br /> <br /> 2. Developer agrees to provide the necessary survey~ <br />engineering and construction staking for the construction of <br />said improvements at the appropriate time without cost to the <br />City. <br /> <br /> 3.
