DRAFT <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT FOR .COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> <br /> , 1980 by and between FRANK and ALMA M. AUF DER MAUR <br />and KONRAD and ELIZABETH RICKENBACH, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Developer" and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City." <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer is the owner of real property in the <br />City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California as <br />described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and fully incorporated by <br />reference herein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer has applied for a tentative map for <br />Tract 4401, Stanley Commercial Park Unit 3, following approval <br />thereof on December 12, 1979 by the Planning Commission by <br />Resolution No. 1837; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the approvals hereinabove referred to the conditions <br />of approval for the processing of the subdivision development <br />provide for performance by Developer of certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer is agreeable to fulfilling the aforesaid <br />conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES <br />HERETO AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />III <br /> -I- <br /> <br /> <br />
