OPERATING AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT entered into this day of , <br /> <br />1980, by and between tKe City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Locality"), and the Security Pacific <br />National Bank (hereinafter referred to as "Bank"). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Locality has joined with the City of Livermore and <br />the County of Alameda as a part of the Locality's Community Develop- <br />ment Block Grant Program under the United States Housing and <br />Community Development Act of 1974 which was re-authorized by the <br />1977 Act to jointly sponsor a Livermore-Amador Valley Housing <br />Rehabilitation Program to be administered by the City of Livermore; <br />and the Locality and the Bank desire to mutually agree upon the <br />methods and procedures under which they will make loans for re- <br />habilitation and improvement purposes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES MUTUALLY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Loan Application Package <br /> <br /> Locality shall refer all persons desiring credit under this <br />Agreement to the Bank by forwarding to the Bank a Loan Application <br />Package consisting of at least the following documents and materials: <br /> <br />Letter of introduction from City; <br /> <br />Loan Application; Application Supplement and Bank's <br />form of Fair Lending Notice; <br /> <br />Construction Contract or Bids or Description of <br /> <br />work with cost estimate; <br /> <br /> <br />
