CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-213 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON AND SECURITY PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK <br />REGARDING PLEASANTON'S HOUSING REHABILITATION <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in order to implement Pleasanton's housing rehabilitation <br />program, it is necessary to have an agreement regarding <br />duties and obligations between the City and the coopera- <br />ting bank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Security Pacific National Bank was selected to provide <br />and administer the City's rehabilitation loans based <br />on its past performance with Alameda County's other <br />rehabilitation programs and that it carries Federal <br />Title I Insurance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the selection of Security Pacific National <br /> Bank to provide and administer the City's rehabilitation <br /> loans. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City official to execute <br /> the attached Operating Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 26, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~ <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
