AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day <br /> <br />of August, 1980, by and between THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT, and <br /> <br />CH2M HILL CALIFORNIA, INC., a California corporation, herein- <br />after referred to as the ENGINEER. <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> <br /> THAT WHEREAS, the CLIENT requires engineering services <br />for the planning, design, environmental studies and report, <br />and contract administration of improvements to increase the <br />capacity of the Livermore Amador Valley Water Management <br />Agency's (LA~qMA) export system by 1.0 million gallons per <br />day (1.0 mgd) of treated sewage effluent. Said 1.0 mgd is <br />allocated 0.5 mgd to the CITY OF PLEASANTON, 0.4 mgd to the <br />City of Livermore, and 0.10 mgd to the Dublin-San Ramon <br />Services District. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the ENGINEER is duly licensed as a regis- <br />tered Professional Engineer in the State of California and <br />is qualified and experienced to provide such engineering <br />services. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE~ the CLIENT and the ENGINEERr for the <br />consideration hereinafter named, agree as follows: <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
