CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-225 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RESCINDING PREVIOUS COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />NO. 80-207 (A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITY POLICY <br />CONCERNING PROJECTS QUALIFYING FOR THE RAP SET-ASIDE <br />FOR LOWER INCOME HOUSING PROJECTS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />Resolution No. 80-207, attached hereto and incorporated <br />by reference herein was adopted by the City Council <br />on August 12, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 26, 1980 the Council reviewed the resolution; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after considering the implications for the RAP program <br /> of adopting the resolution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: To rescind Resolution No. 80-207. <br /> <br />Section 2: To direct staff to report at its next meeting on <br /> the various methods of handling the RAP set-aside for <br /> lower income housing developments for qualification <br /> and use. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 26, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City C erk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOP~: <br /> <br />v , City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
