SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This Supplemental Agreement is made and entered into <br /> <br />this day of , 1980, between the CITY <br /> <br />OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to <br />as CITY), and MORRISON HOMES CORPORATION, a corporation,(herein- <br />after referred to as MORRISON). <br />Recitals <br /> <br /> A. City and Morrison are parties to a written agreement <br />dated February 14, 1972, which deals with the development of <br />real property of Morrison (the Property) in City. <br /> <br /> B. City, by Ordinance No. <br />1972, rezoned the Property R-1-6500, <br />No. 72-26A, dated February 14, 1972, <br />Plan for the Property. <br /> <br />651, adopted February 28, <br />P.U.D.; and by Resolution <br />approved a Final Development <br /> <br />as modified in minor respects as <br />hereto as Exhibit A. References <br />Plan are to the plan attached as <br /> <br />The Final Development Plan approved February 14,1972, <br /> at June 1, 1976 is attached <br /> hereinafter to Final Development <br /> Exhibit A, with such minor modi- <br /> <br />fications as may hereafter be approved by City. <br /> <br /> Do A portion of the property has been developed by <br />Morrison in accordance with the Final Development Plan, but the <br />remainder of the property is undeveloped. Delays in development <br />have resulted from the inability of Morrison to obtain sewer <br />connections to serve the Property. <br /> <br /> E.
