13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17o <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />Change the approximately 4 acre Deetz property located at <br />the north end of Pleasanton Avenue from Medium Density <br />Residential to High Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the two parcels totalling approximately 3 acres <br />containing multiple-family residences and located between <br />Pleasanton Avenue, Division Street and the Arroyo del Valle <br />from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential. <br /> <br />Reduce the width of that portion of Loma Alta Park shown <br />extended to Fairlands Drive so that it is indicated simply <br />as an access way between Fairlands Drive and the main part <br />of the park. <br /> <br />Eliminate the "Urbanization Line" (Limit of Urbanization <br />1996) completely from the General Plan. <br /> <br />Change the 82 acre parcel located at Hopyard Road and <br />Stoneridge Drive from General and Limited Industrial <br />Industrial, Commercial and Offices. <br /> <br />tO <br /> <br />Change the 2.3 acre site located on the north side of the <br />Del Valle Parkway east of Harvest Road from Public and <br />Institutional to Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the approximately 115 acres east of 1-680 between <br />Bernal Avenue, the Arroyo del Valle and the extension of <br />Valley from Agricultural and Grazing to Industrial, Commercial <br />and Offices.
