Army property located between Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive from Agricultural and Grazing to Public and Institutional. Change the Department of Motor Vehicles site on West Las Positas Boulevard west of Hopyard Road from Commercial and Office to Public and Institutional. Change the westernmost two school sites in the Del Prado area and the 10 acre High Density Residential site west of Valley Avenue between Hansen Drive and Paseo Santa Cruz to Medium Density Residential. (This action gives effect to City Council Resolution No, 79-69,) Change 10 acres of the Medium Density Residential property located on the west side of the extension of Valley Avenue in the Del Prado area to High Density Residential in such a manner that High Density Residential would then extend from ttansen Drive northeastward to the proposed park at Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue, Add a 5 acre neighborhood park to the western part of the Del Prado area. Change the K-5 school site southwest of Arroyo Mocho and Southern Pacific Railroad tracks to Medium Density Residential. Change the 40 acre high school site on Sycamore Road to Low Density Residential. Change the area between the above Sycamore Road former high school site and Sunol Boulevard from Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential. Change the 9.4 acre site located at the northeast corner of Vineyard-Tawny-Pico intersection from Public and Institutional to Medium Density Residential. Change all the relatively flat land (under approximately 10% slope) lying southeast of St. Augustine's Catholic Church from Open Space for Public Health and Safety to Low Density Residential, This area should not exceed 100 acres in size.
