S. Army property located between <br />Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive from Agricultural and <br />Grazing to Public and Institutional. <br /> <br />Change the Department of Motor Vehicles site on West Las <br />Positas Boulevard west of Hopyard Road from Commercial and <br />Office to Public and Institutional. <br /> <br />Change the westernmost two school sites in the Del Prado <br />area and the 10 acre High Density Residential site west of <br />Valley Avenue between Hansen Drive and Paseo Santa Cruz to <br />Medium Density Residential. (This action gives effect to <br />City Council Resolution No, 79-69,) <br /> <br />Change 10 acres of the Medium Density Residential property <br />located on the west side of the extension of Valley Avenue <br />in the Del Prado area to High Density Residential in such a <br />manner that High Density Residential would then extend from <br />ttansen Drive northeastward to the proposed park at Hopyard <br />Road and Valley Avenue, <br /> <br />Add a 5 acre neighborhood park to the western part of the <br />Del Prado area. <br /> <br />Change the K-5 school site southwest of Arroyo Mocho and <br />Southern Pacific Railroad tracks to Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the 40 acre high school site on Sycamore Road to Low <br />Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the area between the above Sycamore Road former <br />high school site and Sunol Boulevard from Medium Density <br />Residential to Low Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the 9.4 acre site located at the northeast corner of <br />Vineyard-Tawny-Pico intersection from Public and Institutional <br />to Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change all the relatively flat land (under approximately 10% <br />slope) lying southeast of St. Augustine's Catholic Church <br />from Open Space for Public Health and Safety to Low Density <br />Residential, This area should not exceed 100 acres in size. <br /> <br />Change the east side of First from Abbie Street to Kottinger <br />Avenue from High Density Residential to Medium Density <br />Residential. <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" (Page One) <br /> <br /> <br />
