Section 1. The City Council determines that the proposed General <br /> Plan Amendment to change the land use designation for <br /> an 82 acre parcel located at the northwest corner of <br /> Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive from "General and <br /> Limited Industrial" to "Industrial, Commercial and <br /> Offices" would not have any significant adverse effects <br /> on the environment and, therefore, no Environmental <br /> Impact Report shall be prepared. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) <br /> of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3.
