In cooperat,on with City staff, arrange fo~ interview <br />of finalists. <br /> <br />Prepare an interview booklet containing recruitment <br />criteria, background information on each finalist, <br />interview rating sheets, and suggested questions and <br />areas of discussion for the interview. <br /> <br />10. Prepare a letter for the City advising all unsuccessful <br /> applicants of the results. <br /> <br />For the services to be rendered pursuant tO this agreement, the City of Pleasanton <br />agrees tO compensate Ralph Andersen and AsSociates the fixed amount of $6,000.
