UP-80-37 Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />That this use permit is granted for day care for a maximum <br />of 12 children including the applicant's own. <br /> <br />That the facility be licensed at all times by the State <br />Department of Social Services. <br /> <br />That the hours of operation shall be limited to 7:00 A.M. <br />to 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />That the applicant be aware that the proposed use is subject <br />to State Fire Regulations and shall be inspected by the City <br />Fire Department prior to the commencement of the expanded <br />operation. <br /> <br />That the approval of this use permit is granted for the <br />property located at 4123 Payne Road only. <br /> <br />That when outside, the children shall be closely supervised <br />at all times and that special attention shall be given to <br />keeping noise levels to a minimum. <br /> <br /> <br />
