CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-7 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPEAL OF CHRISTINE HOPTRY <br />FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A DAYCARE CENTER <br />WITH 12 CHILDREN AT 4123 PAYNE ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Christine Hoptry made application (UP-80-37) for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a daycare center <br />for twelve (12) children at her residence at <br />4123 Payne Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission reviewed the application on <br />December 10, 1980, and granted the conditional use <br />permit limiting the number of children to seven (7); <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the conditional approval was appealed to the City <br /> Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council received a staff report and held a <br />public hearing on January 13, 1981, to receive comments <br />from the applicant and the public. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council grants the conditional use permit <br /> for twelve (12) children at the daycare center operated <br /> at 4123 Payne Road, subject to the attached conditions. <br /> <br />Section 2.
