The minimum gutter slope shall be 0.5%. <br /> <br />That the haul route for all materials to and from this project be approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to the start of any construction. <br /> <br />That a dust control plan be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer <br />prior to the start of any grading operations. <br /> <br />That erosion and sediment control plan satisfactory to the City Engineer be <br />incorporated into the grading and drainage plan. <br /> <br />That the street lighting for traffic safety purposes be provided by the <br />developer. The type, number and location of the electroliers shall be <br />determined by the City Engineer and that wooden poles may be used for <br />electroliers. <br /> <br />That the developer submit a landscape, irrigation and street tree plan as <br />part of the improvement plans. These plans should provide for the automatic <br />irrigation of all Landscaped areas. <br /> <br />That the developer comply with all requirements of the Heritage Tree Ordinance. <br /> <br />That in lieu park dedication fees be paid prior to approval of the final map <br />at an amount to be determined for the total number of lots in the final map. <br /> <br />That the developer provide a refundable cash bond in the amount of $5,000 for <br />construction hazard control. <br /> <br />That the developer clear any applicable assessment district or cause a <br />segregation to be done. <br /> <br />That the developer shall agree to pay for the cost of speed bumps on Amber Road <br />north of Hamilton if consented to by the property owners of Amber Road in this <br /> <br /> <br />
