That the granting of the variance will not be detrimen- <br />tal to the public health, safety, or welfare, or <br />materially injurious to properties or improvements <br />in the vicinity. <br /> <br />That based upon information provided by the Fire <br />Prevention Division, the City will be equipped to <br />provide adequate fire protection and adjoining <br />properties will not be adversely affected. <br /> <br />Section 3.
