CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTOIl <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-96 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br />WITH BLACKWELL HOMES FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL COSTS <br /> <br />a condition of approval of PlrO-77-10/Tract 4611 <br />(Mission Hill) requires the developer to install <br />a traffic signal at the intersection of Sunol Boulevard <br />and Mission Drive and provides that the City will <br />reimburse the developer for fifty percent (50%) <br />of the cost of the signal; and <br /> <br />attached hereto is a proposed agreement which provides <br />for the City to pay for one-half of the cost when <br />funding is included in the Capital Improvement Budget, <br />but not later than five (5) years from the date <br />of installation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Reimbursement Agreement with Blackwell <br /> Homes for payment of one-half of the cost of installing <br /> a traffic signal at the intersection of Sunol Boulevard <br /> and Mission Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute <br /> the agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This agreement shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON APRIL 14, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~ME <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROV D AS TO ~.RM:~ <br />~n, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
