64. <br /> <br />65. <br /> <br />67. <br /> <br />68. <br /> <br />69. <br /> <br />70. <br /> <br />71. <br /> <br />That the developer shall have a Soils Engineer on the <br />site at all times during the construction of all public <br />improvements on the subject property. <br /> <br />That the developer shall provide abundant bike storage <br />facilities throughout the subject property and shall <br />agree to participate in the funding of the construction <br />of a bike path from West Las Positas BouleVard to Stoneridge <br />Drive with other north Pleasanton developers. <br /> <br />That any business on the subject property which employs over <br />100 employees shall be encouraged to institute a van pool <br />program and stagger work hours to reduce peak traffic <br />generation. <br /> <br />That bus stops and shelters shall be provided on or <br />adjacent to the subject property as needed. <br /> <br />That the developer shall dedicate that amountof right-of-way <br />necessary for six lane Stoneridge Drive and a six lane <br />Hopyard Road adjacent to the subject property, plus all <br />necessary turn-lanes -- all as indicated in drawings already <br />submitted to the City Engineer, with dedications subject to <br />final approval of the City Engineer. The newly designed <br />road shall be designed to minimize encroachment into the <br />Val Vista residential neighborhood (i.e. widening of these <br />two streets shall be on the north and east as much as is <br />feasible). <br /> <br />That the north terminus of Street B shall align with the' <br />north/south street in the Reynolds and Brown project. The <br />final alignment of the street, appropriate compensation <br />between the Meyer and Reynolds and Brown developments and <br />timing of street completion shall be determined by the <br />City Engineer with appeal directly to City Council. <br /> <br />That the developer shall agree to participate in a noise <br />study and in the financing of noise m~tigation measures <br />deemed necessary by that study for the protection of Val <br />Vista area residents. <br /> <br />That all commercial structures s.hall be designed so that <br />interior noise levels shall not be higher than 55 dBA Leq <br />during business hours and that the hotel shall be designed <br />so that the interior noise level will not be'higher than <br />45 dBA Ldn. <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />
