Section 3: Approves the application of the Stoneson Development <br /> Corporation to change the General Plan land use designation <br /> of the 91.5+ acre site located between 1-580, the <br /> Stoneridge Mall Road, Stoneridge Drive and 1-680 from <br /> "High Density Residential" and "Open Space (Parks and <br /> Recreation)" and "Community Facilities (Schools)" to <br /> "Conmaercial and Offices," "High Density Residential," <br /> and "Open Space (Parks)," subject to conditions listed <br /> on Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> <br />Section 4: Approves the application of Brielh Homes, Inc. for <br /> a General Plan amendment to change the land use designation <br /> of an approximately two acre site located on the east <br /> side of Palomino Drive between Pico Avenue and Concord <br /> Street from "Commercial and Offices" to "High Density <br /> Residential." <br /> <br />Section 5: The City Council makes the following finding: <br /> <br />That all significant adverse effects enumerated in the <br />Environmental Impact Report relating to GP-80-8 have <br />been eliminated or substantially lessened as indicated <br />in the document entitled "Environmental Impact Findings," <br />attached hereto as Exhibit C and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 6: The City Council determines that this is one of the <br /> three times in 1981 that the land use element of the <br /> General Plan is amended as authorized by Government <br /> Code §65631. <br /> <br />Section 7: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 9, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Mohr (regarding Sec 'on 2 only) <br />ABSENT: None 7~~i f <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> n~', City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
