Public Comment <br /> Mayor Balch opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Balch <br /> closed the public comment. <br /> ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION <br /> 2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br /> Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Gov't Code <br /> Section 54956.9: 1 potential case <br /> REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION <br /> The City Council gave conditional direction to initiate an action.
