City Council Minutes Page 1 of 1 June 3, 2025 <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MINUTES <br />Tuesday, June 3, 2025 <br />6:15 PM <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting Closed Session of the City Council to order at <br />the hour of 6:15 p.m. from the Council Conference Room located at 200 Old Bernal <br />Avenue. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Absent: None. <br />1.Public Comment - Comments are limited to only those items listed on the agenda <br />None. <br />ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION <br />2.PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION per Gov’t Code §54957(b): <br />Title: City Manager and City Attorney <br />At 7:02 p.m., the closed session was continued to resume upon conclusion of the <br />scheduled regular Council meeting. <br />At 10:40 a.m., the closed session meeting was reconvened. <br />______________________ <br />Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk <br />REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION <br />City Attorney Sodergren stated there was no reportable action on closed session. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> Mayor Balch adjourned the meeting at 11:00 p.m.
