When your name is called, <br />please provide comment at the podium. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />• Roll Call <br />1.Public Comment - Comments are limited to only those items listed on the agenda. <br />2.Adopt a resolution extending the Pleasanton City Employees Association, <br />AFSCME Local 955, AFL-CIO Memorandum of Understanding for the term of April <br />1, 2022, through March 31, 2025, for two months, ending May 31, 2025 <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Notice <br />Under Government Code §54957.5, any writings/documents regarding an open <br />session item on this agenda and items received by the City Clerk’s Office by 12:00 p.m. <br />on the day of the meeting provided to a majority of the City Council after distribution of <br />the agenda packet will be available for public inspection on the City’s <br />website https://www.cityofpleasantonca.gov/ and also at the Pleasanton Library located <br />at 400 Old Bernal Ave., Pleasanton, CA 94566. <br /> <br />There is a 90-day limit for the filing of a challenge in the Superior Court to certain City <br />administrative decisions and orders, which require a hearing by law, the receipt of <br />evidence, and the exercise of discretion. The 90-day limit begins on the date the <br />decision is final (Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6).
