City Council Minutes Page 1 of 1 February 20, 2025 <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MINUTES <br />Thursday, February 20, 2025 <br />3:00 PM <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting - Workshop of the City Council to order at the <br />hour of 3:00 p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Absent: None. <br />1.Public Comment - Speakers are limited to 3 minutes and to only those items listed <br />on the agenda. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment: <br />Douglas Lynch. <br />Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br />WORKSHOP <br />2.Accept the report on independent financial assessment commissioned by the City <br />Council <br />Recommendation: Accept the report on independent financial assessment <br />commissioned by the City Council. <br />Presentation by Eide Bailly consultants Dr. Bradford Rockabrand and Scott Catlett. <br />3.Receive presentation on fiscal years 2025/26 and 2026/27 General Fund baseline <br />budget and preliminary ten-year financial forecast <br />Item continued to a future date to be determined. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor Balch adjourned the meeting at 4:39 p.m. <br />______________________ <br />Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk
