Attachment A Scope of Services Bernal Community Park Phase 2 Harris Design Prepared 10/6/08 Page 8 of 8 • Recalculation of hydrology and hydraulics for Phase 1 and/or creek improvements • Assistance with regulatory agency permit applications and/or coordination, including preparation of supporting graphic, written, or mathematical information • Providing professional services during the bidding and construction periods • Attending additional meetings or making additional presentations in addition to those specifically described in the scope of services • Providing services to verify the accuracy of drawings or survey information furnished by the City. • Providing services ro investigate the work of separate consultants retained by City • Revising drawings or other documents when the revisions are inconsistent with written or verbal approvals or instructions previously given; required by the enactment or revision of codes, laws or regulations subsequent to the preparation of such documents; and/or due m other causes not solely within Harris Design's control • Preparing perspectives, renderings, or models upon Client's request and not otherwise provided herein City Responsibilities • Formal application For utility services • Permit fees and charges • CEQA and/or NEPA documentation • Preparation of General Conditions and Ciry Standard front-end specifications • The City will provide promptly full information regarding the requirements for the project, as requested by Harris Design. • The City will designate a single representative to act in its behalf relative to the project. The City's representative shall examine documents submitted by Hazris Design and shall render decisions pertaining thereto promptly to avoid unreasonable delay in the progress of Harris Design's services.
