827411 5/6/85 Rev. 5/10/85 Rev. 5/16/85 Rev. 8/26/85 LEGAL DESCRIPTION ABANDONMENT OF CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY (PARCEL 2) All that real property situate in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Being a portion of Hopyard Road as described in the deed from Duke Bonde, et. ux., to the County of Alameda, recorded May 16, 1947 in Book 5129 at page 466, Official Records of Alameda County, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of Lot 20, as said lot is shown on Parcel Map 3858, filed August 13, 1982, in Book 135 of Maps at page 49, Official Records of Alameda County, said point being on a curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 49.50 feet and to which point a radial line bears N 33° 14' 17" W; thence leaving said curve S 1° 38' 51" W 233.38 feet to the said'easterly line of Hopyard Road, said point being on a curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 549.50 feet to which point a radial line bears S 83° 33' 10" W; thence northerly along Hopyard Road 11.47 feet along said curve through a central angle of 1° 11' 45"; thence N 5° 15' 06" W 119.19 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the east having a radius of 923.50 feet; thence northerly 60.61 feet along said curve through a central angle of 3° 45' 38" to the beginning of a compound curve concave to the east having a radius of 49.50 feet and to which point a radial line bears S 88° 30' 32" W; thence northeasterly 50.33 feet along said curve through a central angle of 58° 15' 11" to the point of beginning.
