DES:sh 12/30/85 <br /> DES:sh 1/19/86R <br /> DES:sh 2/03/86R <br /> DES:sh 2/20/86R <br /> <br /> (e) The Treasurer shall be the depository and <br />custodian of all Adthority funds. The Auditor shall perform <br />the functions' and duties set forth in Sections 6505 and <br />6505.5 of the Act. Any interest earned on Authority funds <br /> <br />(directed by the Board to be deposited in an interest <br />bearing account or securities) shall belong to the <br />Authority. <br /> (f) The secretary is hereby designated as property <br /> <br /> custodian of the Authority. <br /> <br /> (g) Every officer or employee of the Authority <br />authorized to receive, account for, or to expend any funds <br />including the secretary, the Auditor and Treasurer of the <br />Authority, shall each file a bond in an amount to be <br />determined by the Board, but'this requirement may be met by <br />one or more blanket bond(s). The cost of such bond(s) shall <br />be borne by the Authority. <br /> <br /> (h) All books and accounts shall be maintained for the <br />Authority in accordance with practices established by, or <br />consistent with, those utilized by the Controller of the <br />State of California for like public entities. In <br />particular, the Authority's Auditor and Treasurer shall <br />comply strictly with the requirements of Sections 6505 and <br />6505.5 of the Act and shall assure that there shall be <br />strict accountability of all funds and reporting of all <br />receipts and disbursements of the Authority. <br /> <br /> (i) The records and accounts of the Authority shall be <br />audited annually by an independent certified public <br /> <br /> 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
