MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of the ~~ day of <br />~ , 1987, by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a <br />municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), <br />and CROW SPIEKER SINGLETON #112 (hereinafter referred to as "CSS <br />#112). <br />A. CSS #112 is authorized to maintain landscaping, street <br />lighting, streets and other public improvements, both within and <br />without the approximately 42 acres ("Rose Pavilion") more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, as <br />provided in the Declaration. ~ ~ <br />B. Maintenance by CSS #112 of the landscaping, street <br />lighting, streets and other public improvements within the areas <br />described in paragraph A benefits the City and the owners of real <br />property within Rose Pavilion. <br />C. The City and CSS #112 desire to enter into this <br />agreement to provide for the maintenance by CSS #112 of <br />landscaping, street lighting, and other public improvements as <br />provided herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and for <br />other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the City and CSS #112 hereby agree as follows: <br />- 1 <br />
