~~, ~~ <br />-~~- <br />1~GRf;EMENT FOR INSTALLATIOT7 ANll MAIPITENATdCE <br />OF LANDSCAPING <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made this ~ <br />~9 day of /1/UCrrrn Ift/Z. , <br />197, between ~~/~_~oR~'~/^~// dba WESTEP.N CONCRETE PRODUOTS, <br />hereafter referred to a~ "Property Owner" and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />a municipal corporat}on, hereafter referred to as "City". <br />R E N T A L S <br />THIS AGREEMENT IS BASF'D UFON THE FOLLOWING FACTS: <br />(1) Property owner is the pwner of real property in the City of <br />Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", attached to this Agreement and <br />made a part of j.t by this reference; <br />(2) On /fl/~y ~~_, 192, the City granted a D~S/q~/ <br />~-2V/ Cr,,J ~ O~gl2~ approval to said property; <br />(3 ) By the terms of the ,~~P,$~qM - ~ u/C~ Bo~t~f approval , property <br />owner is required to install and maintain landscaping in accordance <br />with a plan, to be approved by the Planning Department prior to Build- <br />ing Pexmit approval; <br />(4) Bath parties recogn~.~e that the installation and maintenance <br />of landscaping is an integral part of the property owner's plan for <br />development of the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BETWEEDI THE PARTIES, as follows: <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement is to assure (a) <br />installation in accordance with the landscaping plan previously <br />approved by the City and (b) continued maintenance and care of the <br />landscaping. <br />
