2. Property subject to agreement. The property which is the <br />subject of this Agreement is described in Exhibit "A". <br />3. Landscaping Plan. Reference is made to the Planning Com- <br />mission proceedings of January 12, 19{3 and the landscaping <br />plan which, by Condition 4 of the Planning Commission approval <br />~/~~/~y~ (has been) approved by the Planning Department. Copies of <br />said landscaping plan will be (is) kept on file with the City in the <br />office of the Planning Director, Civic Center, 200 Bernal Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, California. <br />4. Landscaping as a benefit. Property owner agrees that the <br />landscaping which he is obligated to provide will materially benefit <br />his property and it is necessary to comply with the conditional use <br />Hermit _ approval conditions imposed by the City as a require- <br />ment of the development of the property, as shown in Resolution 2258 <br />incorporated by reference herein and attached hereto as Exhibit "B". <br />5. Duty to maintain landscaping. Property owner agrees to <br />diligently raintain and care for the landscaping <br />using generally accepted methods for cultivation <br />perty owner shall maintain that standard of care <br />the landscaping from deteriorating to the extent <br />landscaping is destroyed. <br />6. City may maintain landscaping. Proper <br />which he installs, <br />and watering.
