Civic Arts Center/ Cultural Arts Facilities <br />One of the primary desired facilities for the Bernal Property is a Civic Arts Center (CAC). The <br />CAC is envisioned as a major community gathering area, as well as the visual focal point of the <br />Bernal Property, with various cultural and educational facilities for people of all ages. The <br />architecture should be inspiring, creating a visually stimulating landmark. <br />The CAC could consist of multi-functional art classrooms, workrooms, and demonstration studios. <br />In addition, art studios, a public art gallery with gift shop and care, administrative office space, and <br />related facilities could be provided. The desired focus of the CAC is an 800 seat sub-regional <br />indoor theatre with rehearsal area, offices and support space.
