5. Compliance with Laws. The Developer shall comply <br />with all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, <br />rules, and ordinances. No discrimination shall be made by <br />the Developer in the employment of persons to work under this <br />contract because of race, color, national origin, ancestry, <br />sex or religion of such person. <br />6. Notices. All notices to be given pursuant to this <br />agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when <br />mailed by certified or registered mail, return receipt <br />requested, to the parties hereto at the address set forth <br />below, or to such other place as a party may from time to <br />time designated in writing: <br />CITY: City Manager <br />City of Pleasanton <br />P.O. Attorney's Fees.
