It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to introduce Ordinance No. 1794, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the Development Agreement, as modified, with TTK Partnership, conditional upon approval of the Happy Valley annexation. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAiN: None It was moved by Mayor Tarver, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to direct staff to work with Black Mountain Development, New Cities and TTK Partnership to prepare an agreement regarding Happy Valley infrastructure and to bring back the agreement for Council review on the 10/26/99 agenda.
