After some discussion regarding this matter, a substitute motion was made by Councilman Pearson and seconded by Mayor Reid that the application be referred back to the Planning Commission with a rec- ommendation to rezone the entire parcel to Single Family Residence District. Mayor Reid stated that he seconded Councilman Pearson's motion in order to have a vote called on it.
