Mr. Ruane felt this citation was unreasonable and ex- <br /> plained that if he parked his own car in his driveway, he also <br /> would be parked within 15 feet of this hydrant. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ted Lannin, 5372 Ridgevale Road, questioned Councilman Spilio- <br />-- topoulos' conflict of interest in voting for Ordinance No. 633, <br /> which approved the rezoning application of the Costanzo-Wilson <br /> Development Company. <br /> <br /> Councilman Spiliotopoulos stated that Costanzo-Wilson Development <br /> Company are equal partners with him in the Cheese Store in Santa <br /> Cruz and that he has no legal conflict of interest in the above <br /> mentioned subdivision.
