It was~ moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded by Councilman Beratlis that Resolution No., 72-8, requesting the State Water Resources Control Board to initiate action on the implementation of stricter requirements on discharge to the ocean of municipal and industrial waste waters, be adopted. It was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and. seconded 'by Councilman Gerton that Resolution No. 72-9, reappointing Mrs. Elizabeth Hall to the Pleasanton Housing Authority Commission for a four-year term ex- piring.
