Mr. Roessler, representing the owners'Iof~-.C~stlewood Enterprises report- ed that his negotiations with the R.F.D. Committee were at an impasse because everything that was presented to that Committee was totally unacceptable to them. Mr. Roessler also stated that a portionof the subject property was zoned commercial and his clients intend-to~develop it commercially unless the courts tellthem othe~.~ise. After additional discussion, itlwas'decided~to~postpone this matter for one week to allow discussion by. all'membe'rsof'the City Council.
