Mr. Castro contended that'development"of a city park was <br />not the best use, due tothe proximityof'the"~proposed~'hillside park <br />on 230 acres donated to the city by Walter Johnson, and due to the <br />potential park site on the former MeadowlarkIDairy-property. <br /> <br />Mr. Roessler, representing the owners'Iof~-.C~stlewood Enterprises report- <br />ed that his negotiations with the R.F.D.
