Frank Berlogar, 2200 Vineyard Avenue, said he felt an economic analysis was very <br />important because he would like the City to spend its money wisely. <br /> <br /> There was no further public testimony. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala talked with Sharon Hines who was in support of this item. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis talked with Mary Roberrs who said the Vineyard Corridor is parfly covered <br />by the South Livermore Land Trust and she did not want this overlooked. She also suggested <br />the consultant look at the vineyard agriculture analysis and speak to small local wineries about <br />their needs. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, and seconded by Mr. Pico, to approve the request <br />for proposal to conduct an Economic Analysis for the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific <br />Plan. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />OTHER MATTERS INITIATED <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti requested a white line be put at the base of the curb near the Moller <br />property. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet said he would like to review the noticing process. He said he had <br />concerns about the Safeway parking lot.
